A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ELK GROVE VILLAGE
INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL REVITALIZATION MASTER PLAN 2011
WHEREAS,the Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Commission after extensive
review recommend approval of the Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Master Plan 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after
having reviewed the findings and recommendation of said Industrial/Commercial Revitalization
Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village that the
Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Master Plan 2011 be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Master Plan 2011 be approved
in accordance with the Plan prepared by Land Vision, Inc., St. Charles. Illinois in conjunction
with the Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Commission. Copies of said
Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Master Plan 2011 being on file in the Office of the Village
Clerk.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
