HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 19-14 - 5/13/2014 - CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL, DEED OF CONVEYANCE 2475 TOUHYRESOLUTION NO. 19-14 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL AND INITIAL ACCEPTANCE AND DEED OF CONVEYANCEBILL OF SALE FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS (WATERMAIN-2475 TOUHY AVENUE REDEVELOPMENT) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois: Section 1: That the Mayor and Board of Trustees do hereby accept a Certificate of Approval and Initial Acceptance and Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale for public improvement as described in the "As Built" Engineering Plans prepared by Spaceco/Premier/Nolan/Wedow Survey Group, Itasca, Illinois. Section 2: That the Village of Elk Grove Village shall amend the original Letter of Credit Number DC 112252US 14213, which secured the installation of the public watermain in the amount of $90,000 and was accepted by Resolution No. 33-13 on July 16, 2013 to a new amount of $10,000, guaranteeing the maintenance of the accepted watermain until May 31, 2016. Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT:0 PASSED this 13" day of May 2014.
