Section 2: That the Village of Elk Grove Village shall amend the original Letter of Credit Number DC 112252US 14213, which secured the installation of the public watermain in the amount of $90,000 and was accepted by Resolution No. 33-13 on July 16, 2013 to a new amount of $10,000, guaranteeing the maintenance of the accepted watermain until May 31, 2016.
