AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 -12A -1E AND SECTION 8 -12A -2C OF
CHAPTER 12 ARTICLE A PROCEDURE FOR SUBDIVISION APPROVAL OF THE
VILLAGE CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 8 -12A -IE is amended by deleting the following language: "and
Judiciary, Planning and Zoning Committee of the Village."
Section 2: That Section 8 -12A -2C be amended by deleting therefrom paragraph 6 and
renumbering existing paragraphs 7 and 8 to 6 and 7 respectively.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
