AN ORDINANCE AMENDING POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY PLAN
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE (POLICE OFFICER -POLICE DEPARTMENT
AND PUBLIC WORKS FOREMAN -PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Position Classification and Salary Plan of the Village of Elk Grove
Village be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Permanent Authorized Positions
Delete Add
Police Department Current Full -Time Full -Time September 22, 2014
Police Officer 72 0 4 76*
*Four authorized temporary positions will terminate with anticipated retirements.
Delete Add
Public Works Dept. (W/S) Current Full -Time Full -Time September 23, 2014
Public Works Foreman 2 0 1 3*
(Water/Sewer)
*One authorized temporary position will terminate with an anticipated retirement.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in Rill force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to law.
