A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO SIGN A
LETTER AGREEMENT RE: COST SHARING AGREEMENT FOR 2200 ARTHUR
AVENUE OFFSITE WATER MAIN BETWEEN DCT 2200 ARTHUR LLC AND THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Village Attorney be and is hereby authorized to sign the attached
document marked:
Letter Agreement Re: Cost Sharing Agreement
for 2200 Arthur Avenue Offsite Water Main
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
