AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE BULK REQUIREMENTS OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO FRONT YARD LINES AND GRANTING A
SPECIAL USE FOR WAREHOUSING, DISTRIBUTION AND LIGHT ASSEMBLY IN THE
OFFICE PARK CONDITIONAL USE DISTRICT TO MC MACHINERY SYSTEMS INC. FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 85 NORTHWEST POINT BOULEVARD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS,.the Plan Commission, at a public meeting duly called and held, considered the
question of granting a variation of the bulk requirements of the Zoning Ordinance with respect to the front
yard line requirements and the granting of a Special Use for warehousing, distribution and light assembly
associated with corporate headquarters to MC Machinery Systems Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having
reviewed the findings of said Plan Commission, find and believe it to be in the best interests of the
Village that both requests be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of the Bulk Requirements of the Zoning Ordinance
pertaining to the one hundred foot minimum front yard line to MC Machinery Systems Inc. for property
located at 85 Northwest Point Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Section 2: That a Special Use Permit be granted to MC Machinery Systems, Inc. to allow
warehousing, distribution and light assembly associated with their corporate headquarters on the
aforementioned property.
Section 3: That the findings of the Plan Commission, a copy of which is on file in the office of the
Village Clerk, are incorporated into this Ordinance as if fully set forth.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval according to law.
