AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3-3-7, NUMBER OF
LICENSES OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS “H” LIQUOR LICENSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Chapter 3, Section 3-3-7, Number of Licenses of the Village Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, as it pertains to Class “H” Liquor Licenses be amended as follows:
Class “H” Liquor Licenses be increased
from one (1) to two (2)
Section 2: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet
form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1
