ON MONDAY, JULY 8, 2002
Mayor Craig B. Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Mayor: Craig B. Johnson;
Trustees: Nancy J. Czarnik, Bart K. Dill, Patton L. Feichter, Samuel L. Lissner, James P. Petri,
Absent: Trustee Chris Prochno
Also Present: Village Manager, Gary E. Parrin; Village Attorney, George B. Knickerbocker; and Village Clerk, Ann I. Walsh
A quorum was present.
Notice of Publication - In the proper sense, the publication of notice for this Special Meeting was duly noted and entered into the official record as required by Law.
2. CONSENT AGENDA
A. J.F. Edwards Construction Company, Geneseo, IL - Award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to perform Phase II of the Residential Streetlight Replacement Project
at a total contract amount not to exceed $619,875.00.
B. Anthony Roofing, Aurora, IL - Concur with the Village Manager's prior authorization to award a contract to perform emergency roof repair work at the Oakton Street Fire Station at
a total contract amount not to exceed $23,525.
Designate funding for the Oakton Fire Station roof repair in the amount of $23,525 from the Capital Projects Fund.
Motion to approve Consent Agenda items “A and B."

AYES: Trustees Dill, Feichter, Lissner, Petri, Czarnik
