1815 Landmeier Petition for Resubdivision
The Committee discussed the petition by Atlas Toyota Material Handling, LLC to resubdivide the
property at 1815 & 1850 Touhy Avenue. The purpose of the subdivision is to consolidate ten(10)
separate lots into one (1) lot. The property will house corporate offices as well as the sale and
resale operations for material handling and industrial equipment.
The Committee inquired about why there seemed to be 12 lots shown on the Plat of Resubdivision.
M. Pye stated that the legal description had been checked by staff and only 10 lots existed, but
there were 12 tax parcels on the property.
The Committee inquired whether there were 2 buildings. M. Pye stated that it is now a single
building connected by a linked walkway between the two structures. M. Pye stated that Atlas
already did extensive remodeling of the exterior and interior of the building and has no plans to
demolish the building, but that the linked area could be further built out in the future if there was
a need.
The consensus of the Committee was to recommend the approval of the petition.
The meeting adjourned at 4:57 p.m.
