Chairman Gayle B. Bantner called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in
the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, and
noted for the record that the following were present: Alan J. Shapiro,
DDS and ABSENT was H. Robert Goldsmith.
This meeting was called for the purpose of discussion on promoting
Officer Lynn Atchinson to Sergeant, to fill the vacancy left with the
pending retirement of Commander Robert Salvatore on August 6, 1993. The
Commissioners discuss and agreed to promote Officer Atchinson to
Sergeant with the effective date as July 19, 1993.
Next regular Board meeting scheduled for 8:00 p.m, July 26, 1993.
Adjournment
It was moved by Chairman Bantner and seconded by Alan J. Shapiro,
DDS that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was voted upon by
acclamation; whereupon the Chairman declared the motion carried and the
meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
