The Fire and Police Commissioners held a Second Interview with a
Firefighter Candidate in the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901
Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, and noted for the record that the
following were present: Alan J. Shapiro, DDS, Secretary and Ted E.
Thompson.
There was one oral interview for Firefighter scheduled at 8: 00
p.m. The candidate was Daniel B. Rich interviewed and was ask tO take
a seat in the reception area.
After much discussion the Fire and Police Commissioners called Mr.
Rich back in and informed him, he did not pass the interview.
Instructions were given after his departure to send him a letter on
September 5, 1996.
The Commissioners adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
