OF THE BOARD OF FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSIONERS
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
HELD ON NOVEMBER 16, 1999
Chairman Bantner called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. in the Charles J. Zettek
Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village and noted for the record that the
following were present: Chairman Gayle B. Bantner, Dr. Alan J. Shapiro, Secretary and
Robert Goldsmith, Commissioner.
It was moved by Chairman Bantner and seconded by Dr. Shapiro that the minutes of the
October 21, 1999 meeting be approved as submitted and that the Board dispense with the
reading thereof. The motion was moved upon by acclamation whereupon Chairman
Bantner declared the motion carried.
PRESENTATION AND APPROVAL OF INVOICES
1. An invoice in the amount of$780.00 to Police Consultants, Inc. for 39
Multiple Interview Assessments.
2. Invoice in the amount of$320.00 to Peter A. Felice for retainer for October,
and November, 1999.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
CORRESPONDENCE
1. A retirement letter from a Fire Lieutenant.
2. A Notice of Suspension for a Police Officer.
3. A Written Reprimand for a Police Officer.

ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Chairman Bantner and seconded by Robert Goldsmith that the meeting

be adjourned. The motion was voted upon by acclamation whereupon Chairman Bantner
declared the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
