OF THE BOARD OF FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSIONERS
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
HELD ON FEBRUARY 10, 2000
Chairman Bantner called the meeting to order at 2:30 p.m. in the Charles J. Zettek
Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village and noted for the record that the
following were present: Chairman Gayle B. Bantner, Dr. Alan J. Shapiro, Secretary and
Robert Goldsmith, Commissioner.
It was moved by Chairman Bantner and seconded by Dr. Shapiro that the minutes of the
January 13, 2000 meeting be approved as submitted and that the Board dispense with the
reading thereof. The motion was moved upon by acclamation whereupon Chairman
Bantner declared the motion carried.
PRESENTATION AND APPROVAL OF INVOICES
1. The Clinic—Invoice dated 01/21/2000 for firefighter pre-employment physicals:
Laird/McEnery/Banks $1245.00
2. The Clinic—Invoice dated 02/02/2000 for firefighter pre-employment physicals:
Gac/Bonilla $830.00
3. Police Consultants Inc. —Invoice#1552 for psychological evaluations:
Banks, Krejczyk, Tomasello, McGann, Barbour, Laird,McEnery. $2800.00
4. Police Consultants, Inc. —Invoice #1553 for psychological evaluations:
Woody, Tamburrino $800.00
5. Police Consultants, Inc. —Invoice#1558 for psychological evaluation:
Browning $400.00
6. Police Consultants, Inc. —Invoice #1568 for psychological evaluation:

ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Chairman Bantner and seconded by Robert Goldsmith that the meeting
be adjourned. The motion was voted upon by acclamation whereupon Chairman Bantner
declared the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
