CUCINA ROMA SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
• to approve the requested changes in the Cucina Roma
site plan in the letter by Richard Smith dated
February 26, 1999; and
• to allow Cucina Roma the option to enclose the
previously approved outdoor seating area and other
previously approved items by July 1, 2002. After that
date, Village Board approval will be required for any
modifications.
MARCH VILLAGER NEWSLETTER ARTICLES
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the newsletter
articles as submitted subject to minor changes and the addition
of articles on the Workforce Development Council and the Elk
Grove High School Job Fair.
APRIL 13 VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
The consensus of the Committee was to hold the April 13,
1999 Committee of the Whole and Village Board Meetings.
"JOURNAL AND TOPICS" ADVERTISEMENT
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
• to place an advertisement in the Elk Grove Journal 's
"Business and Industry Program Edition";
• to have staff develop an advertisement to include
Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Commission
information and Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce
information; and
• to review the ad at the March 23, 1999 Committee of
the Whole Meeting.
INSTALLATION OF RECYCLED PLASTIC STOP SIGNS -VILLAGE GREEN
The consensus of the Committee was to purchase and install
six (6) 18-inch recycled plastic stop signs for the Village Green
parkway. All six signs are to be purchased from money in the
recycling fund.
VILLAGE PROPERTY AT SPRUCE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION -LICENSE AGREEMENT
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the license
agreement allowing property owners of the Spruce Meadows
subdivision to use the 1. 83-acre parcel .
1999 VILLAGE PARADE FLOAT
The consensus of the Committee was for the Parade Commission
to work with staff to determine the appropriate float to be used
by Village officials during the 1999 Elk Grove Village Home Town
Parade.
The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
