Peterson, Elk Grove Journal ELK GROVE THEATER DUMPSTER The consensus of the Committee was as follows: • Require a screen on the front of the Theater's dumpster enclosure within 45 days; and • to have staff contact Dominick's to require their dumpster to be enclosed and screened from view. GROVE MALL FUND BUDGET INCREASE The consensus of the Committee was to approve an increase in the Grove Mall Fund budget in the amount of $287,520 and the transfer of dollars from the Capital Projects Fund. BIESTERFIELD/ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD SIGN RESTRICTIONS The consensus of the Committee was as follows: • to have the JPZ Committee review Village Ordinance 2497, regulating temporary signage in the Biesterfield/Arlington Heights Road Corridor for possible inclusion of the entire community; and • to have the JPZ Committee consider obtaining input on the issue from the Chamber of Commerce. HANDICAPPED PARKING AT THE VILLAGE GREEN The consensus of the Committee was to direct those needing handicapped parking to park in the Library's handicapped parking space and access the Village Green by the ramp near the snail statue. JOURNAL & TOPICS ADVERTISEMENT The consensus of the Committee was to authorize the publication of a full-page advertisement in the 1999 Business & Industry Progress Edition of the Elk Grove Journal with the suggested language subject to: • the inclusion of Village Trustees' names in the advertisement • the re-phrasing of 113,800 Businesses Can't Be Wrong" to "3,800 Businesses and Going Strong". IDOT SEPTIC TANK The consensus of the Committee was to authorize an agreement with IDOT to install a new septic system until the Alexian Brothers Medical Center property is annexed and sanitary sewer is extended to Martha Street, at which time IDOT will connect to the sanitary sewer. EXECUTIVE SESSION Trustee Lissner moved and Trustee Czarnik seconded a motion to enter Executive Session for the purpose of discussing Personnel. Upon voting, all Ayes.
