A new developer proposes to develop a microbrewery, pancake house, and condominium building on the site. The architectural design resembles the design of the Elk Grove Town Center. Villa Marcella, an existing restaurant, could possibly be included in the new development. The Attorney further stated that the three TIF ordinances on unfinished business would need to be adopted this evening. The l°reading was 18 months ago. Adoption of the ordinances sets the current taxes as the base should TIF be necessary, and also gives him the condemnation leverage for acquiring leases. The Mayor noted this proposal does not foresee the need for TIF financing. He also noted discussions with this developer are preliminary but are progressing. The meeting adjourned at 6:34 p.m. lk
