Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 06/26/2001. this
Executive Session was called to consider a land acquisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
The Village Attorney reported that Gullo International Development, the contract
purchaser of the Dierking Terrace property, is seeking a$400450,000 reduction in the
purchase price due to soil conditions. The contract currently totals$lmillion.
The Village Attorney noted this request essentially nullifies the contract,which
permits him to discuss a sale with Centerpoint Properties.
The consensus of the Village Board was to only consider offers which would net
over$800,000.
