Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 17 2.001 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Disposition matter.

Land Disposition
The Village Attorney reported that a letter of intent has been submitted by the Village for
the purchase of the Antique Mart property at the Rohlwing Grove shopping center for
$1,825,000. The Board discussed offering the Village-owned parcel of land next to the
Kenneth Young Center to Villa Marcella restaurant for its relocation. The consensus of
the Board was to direct the Attorney to contact the owner of Villa Marcella with the
following offers:
• sale of 1.5 acres under market value
• waiver of all permit fees related to new construction at the site
• and an additional waiver of four months rent
The Village Attorney will investigate, contact the restaurant owner, and report back to the
Board.
