Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 14. 2001 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Mayor reported the chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals expressed concerns
about the number of ZBA recommendations being overturned by the Village Board.
Members may also resign over this issue. The Board discussed several of the petitions in
question and reviewed the purpose of building and zoning regulations in general. The
consensus of the Board was to review ground coverage regulations in the future,
specifically as they related to the number of structures permitted on residential lots.
