Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 14,2001 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Board discussed matters of personnel and the travel expenses related to the October
visit to Termini Imerese. The Sister City Commission will fund the travel expenses for
elected officials. Spouses will be responsible for their own expenses. Air fare is
estimated at$895 per person.
Gullo International has offered to fund the expenses of the Mayor and his spouse.
The Board discussed the deposits already paid by the Village for airfare for three Trustees
and six Village employees. The Sister City Commission will refund the deposits paid for
the elected officials.
The Board discussed the need to reschedule the October Village Board meetings due to
conflicts with the trip. The consensus of the Board was to reschedule the regular Village
Board meetings in October to October 9 and October 30.
