Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 9.2001,
this Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Attorney reported that the acquisition of the western portion of
the Rohlwing Grove shopping center is complete. The Attorney is now
working on arranging management of property while it is owned by the
Village. The manager of the eastern portion has offered to manage the
Village's property, but no agreement has been finalized to date.
The Attorney reported that the owners of Villa Marcella restaurant are
negotiating with Corrib Construction to remain at their location, and they do
not intend to construct a new building at another location as previously
discussed.
The Board discussed the relocation effort of the owners of the Ringside
restaurant.
