Executive Session was called to consider a Litilzation matter.

LITIGATION
Mayor Johnson updated the Board on the Supreme Court's favorable decision on the
SWANCC suit regarding the Army Corps of Engineer's lack of jurisdiction in regulating
the use of the Balefill site. The Village Manager noted the significant investments made
by Elk Grove Village into this project and the Board discussed the potential for the
community to realize reduced waste hauling costs.
SWANCC is investigating potential development of the balefill over the next few
months, at which time a recommendation will be made.
