PETRI Village Trustee C.PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 01(23101 this Executive Session was called to consider a Land Disposition matter. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s)of review for release: December 2001 Date of approval for release: G Ot 1/23/01 7:25 p.m. LAND DISPOSITION The Village Attorney reported that a final contract for the sale of the Dierking Terrace property has been reached. The Village has an offer from Centerpoint Properties to buy the property for one million dollars, who in turn will assign the contract to Gullo International Development for$1.1 million. Closing would occur on April 24, 2001. Gullo has proposed that the Village would complete the engineering for the roadway improvement, and reimburse the Village up to $19,000 for this cost. Gullo would then either improve the road or reimburse the Village up to$265,000 for improvements, The Village Attorney explained an ordinance drafted to authorize the Village to execute the two agreements, and the Village Board unanimously approved the adoption of the ordinance at the January 23, 2001 Village Board meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m. lk
