Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 04/10/01 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Manager reported that he signed the settlement papers related to
Bernie Goss' suit against the Village. Mr. Goss has 30 days to reject or accept the
settlement,and neither party can discuss the terms of the agreement.
The Village Manager will provide a final report on this matter once Mr. Goss
makes a decision on the settlement.
