Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on Mav 22.2001 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation/Land Disnositio_n matter.

Litigation/Land Disposition
The Mayor advised the Village Board that the SWANCC Board of Directors agreed to
enter into negotiations to sell the Balefill property to the State of Illinois and the Federal
Government at a price of$21 million. SWANCC established a negotiating committee to
consummate the sale of the property.
The meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
