GROVE MALL REDEVELOPMENT
The Committee discussed various aspects of the Grove
Mall Redevelopment Project with Hamilton Partners including:
architectural design, landscaping, fountains, parking, and
plaza design. Upon conclusion of the discussion, it was the
consensus of the Committee to have Hamilton Partners prepare
3 sets of alternative elevation plans, and revised site
plans with a smaller green space area and plaza. This
material will be discussed at a Committee of the Whole
meeting on Saturday, February 15 at 8: 00 a.m.
The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
