The consensus of the Village Board was as follows: • Site Plan: Prepare final plans based upon Scheme #2. Special Counsel will prepare reciprocal easement agreements and plan for a presentation with the Library Board at a future date; • Plaza: accept plan as presented; • Architectural elements: design a building with limestone caps, straight arcades, and an overhang style roof. • Landscaping and Parking Lot: staff will review the plans as submitted to finalize costs for mature and additional landscaping, additional pavers, enhanced light standards, and fountains. In addition, Berlinghof noted that the existing theater owner has tentatively agreed to a proposal from Hamilton Partners to expand the theater. They may be seeking some site work upgrades funded by the Village in the amount of $125, 000.
