Representatives of Hamilton Partners made a presentation on
the proposed site plan for the Grove Mall redevelopment project.
Specific areas discussed included the following:
• Landscaping;
• Ground and aerial lighting;
• Paving materials;
• Building materials;
• Signage;
• Walgreens and Dominicks floor elevations; and
• Tenant mix
Upon further discussion, the consensus of the Committee was as
follows:
• to continue the Committee of the Whole meeting at 5:30
p.m. on March 3, 1997 in the Chernick Conference Room.
At that meeting, Hamilton Partners will present detailed
site plans and drawings; and
• to have Hamilton Partners available for informational
discussion at 6:00 p.m. , on March 5, 1997 prior to the
7:00 p.m. joint Village Board/Plan Commission public
meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
