EXECUTIVE SESSION
Trustee Rettberg moved and Trustee Lissner seconded a motion
to enter into Executive Session to discuss the sale of property.
Upon voting, the motion carried unanimously.
The Committee entered into Executive Session at 7:08 and
reconvened at 7:30 p.m.
GROVE MALL REDEVELOPMENT - LIBRARY ISSUES
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
• to limit the Wellington Avenue access drive to the Library
to one-way traffic in the easterly direction; and
• to give the Library preferred reservation standing for usage
of the Village Green subject to written request 21 days in
advance of the date of the event.

The Committee discussed various aspects regarding the
Dominick's facility, including facade design, lighting plan, and
traffic signals. Upon further discussion, the consensus of the
Committee was as follows:
• to schedule a Committee of the Whole meeting for Thursday,
March 13, at 6:00 p.m. , in the.Chernick Conference Room;
• to approve the Hamilton Partner site plan and redevelopment
agreement at the March 11, 1997 Village Board meeting,
subject to Village Board approval of Dominick's revised
lighting plan and facade design on March 13; and
• to accept Dominick's site plan option #IB; and
• to examine if warrants exist to install a traffic signal at
Arlington Heights Road and Lonsdale approximately 3 months
after the opening of the Dominick's facility. If so, the
Village will provide 50a of the cost to install the traffic
signal .
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
