Womer, Chicago Tribune F.T.K GROVE CINEMA RFnFVET,nPMFZVT Willis Johnson presented a conceptual elevation and floor plan for redeveloping the theatre. The elevation plan includes a brick veneer front matching Hamilton Partners brick and an expansion to 6 screens. The rear of the building will have colored block matching the remainder of the building. The consensus of the Village Board was as follows: • The Village will examine assistance regarding a new fence between Village Grove and the Theatre; • The proposed signage is acceptable pending review for compliance with Village codes and non-exposure of neon; and • The Village Board concurs with the architectural concept plan and the Village Attorney is to prepare an amended exhibit to the Grove Mall Redevelopment agreement for village Board adoption on April 22. REDEVELOPED GROVE MALL Todd Berlinghof of Hamilton Partners advised the Village Board that brick samples will be provided at the April 22 Committee of the Whole meeting. In addition, Berlinghof will advise the Village Manager of the anticipated completion date of the brick mock-up structure. GROVE. A . . SHOPPING CENTER The consensus of the Committee was to select Elk Grove Town Center as the name for the Grove Mall redevelopment. SPECIAL CENSUS The consensus of the Committee was to direct staff to take necessary preparations for a special census to be taken during the summer of 1998. NATIONAL PEACE OFFICERS' MEMORIAL DAY The consensus of the Committee was to have municipal complex flags displayed at half-staff on May 15th in honor of National Peace Officers' Memorial Day. WASTE HAULER FEE Trustee Johnson reported that the Recycling Committee decided to propose a $2, 500 license fee for all solid waste haulers, and to investigate means for improving haulers' reporting of commercial accounts. The consensus of the Committee was to place the license fee on the April 22, 1997 Village Board agenda for consideration by the Village Board. Executive Session - Litigation Trustee Rettberg moved and Trustee Lissner seconded a motion to enter executive session to discuss litigation. Upon voting, all Ayes. Motion Carried.
