FY 97-98 COMPUTER SERVICES CONTRACT
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
• to extend the current contract with ITG on a month-to-month
basis under New Business at the April 22, 1997 Village Board
meeting; and
• to have the Village Attorney review the contract to see if
the Village can negotiate favorable amendments to employ
personnel; and,
• to place this item into the Information Systems Committee.

The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
• to approve the relocation of the Community Events sign to
Well Site #3; and
• to direct staff to investigate the cost and potential
locations for a second community events sign on the west
side of the Village, near the Public Works Garage or Fire
Station.

The consensus of the Committee was to consider the mailing
to all residents in the area after the traffic study on the
impact of the Elk Grove Town Center is completed.
CONTRTRUTTON TO SAT•T CREEK PLANT STABTT.T7.ATTON PROJECT
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
• to approve a $500 contribution to Anthony Scully for the
purchase of deep rooted plants required for his Eagle Scout
project which will provide creek stabilization on Salt Creek
at Jaycee Park; and
• to provide snow fence for protection around the new
plantings; and
• to provide the Grade-All and operator for grading the creek
bank at Jaycee Park.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
