The consensus of the Committee was to have the Village
Attorney research ways that the Village can better regulate the
issuance of public vehicle licenses. A date to hear the petition
of Horizon taxicab will be determined upon advising the
petitioner that the Village will not be ready to issue licenses
until after the Attorney's review.
WILDWOOD CURVE
The consensus of the Committee was to concur with the
recommendation of the Traffic Advisory Council to have a street
light installed at the Wildwood curve.

The consensus of the Committee was to have the 40th
Anniversary photo placed at the Elk Grove Senior Center.
GREATER O'HARE ASSOCIATION PRESENTATION ON O'HA_RE
This consensus of the Committee was as follows:
• to have the Greater O'Hare Association (GOA) make a
presentation on O'Hare Airport at the June 10 Committee of
the Whole meeting at 7:00 p.m. , in the Community Center;
• to have the June 10 Committee of the Whole meeting start at
6:00 p.m. ; and
• to advertise the Greater O'Hare Association presentation on
Channel 6 and the Community Events sign.

The consensus of the Committee was to host a joint meeting
with the Elk Grove Park District on June 24, to discuss Elk Grove
Town Center statues. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the
Chernick Conference Room.
HEAVENLY BODIES
The consensus of the Committee was to have the Village
Attorney write Heavenly Bodies and ask them to clarify their
location in unincorporated Cook County as opposed to the Village
of Elk Grove in their radio advertisements.
The meeting adjourned at 10:05 p.m.
