Womer, Chicago Tribune ELK GROVE TOWN CENTER BRICK PAVERS The consensus of the Committee was to have Hamilton Partners provide additional brick paver samples for consideration of the Village Board at the August 12th Committee of the Whole meeting. ELK GROVE THEATER SITE PLAN The Assistant Village Manager informed the Committee of requested changes in the site plans due to the addition of a sprinkler system room and a trash compactor. Upon discussion, the consensus of the Committee was to have staff contact Willis Johnson and request him to move the two rooms' so that the trash compactor doors face to the west and not to the north based on aesthetic reasons. MANOR HEALTHCARE ANNEXATION Manor Healthcare made a presentation to the Committee on the proposed annexation of 2. 79 acres of property west of Plum Grove Road on Nerge Road. Upon discussion, the consensus of the Committee was as follows: • to have staff amend the annexation agreement language to omit landbanked parking; and • to have the necessary ordinance and resolution for annexation prepared for approval by the Village Board on August 12. UNDERGROUNDING OF TRT A . . N . Jack Coffman of United Management Group, made a presentation to the Committee concerning electrical lines on Cosman and Beisner Roads. Upon discussion, the consensus of the Committee was as follows: • to schedule a meeting with Commonwealth Edison to consider the undergrounding of electrical lines for August 5th, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in Room E of the Municipal Complex; and • to have a letter sent to all residents that have homes adjacent to electrical lines inviting them to the public hearing.
