Munz, Elk Grove Times GREATER O'HARE LUNCHEON President Johnson and Trustees Prochno, Lissner, Czarnik and Petri confirmed their plans to attend the August 12th Greater O'Hare Association luncheon. AREA CODE HEARINGS The consensus of the Committee was to support the Citizens Utility Board (CUB) proposal in favor of number conservation and have staff draft a letter to the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) stating the Village's posture. AIRING OF AGENDAS The consensus of the Committee was to have staff work with Channel 6 to make revisions to the televised agendas for Village Board and Committee of the Whole meetings. The Village Board will review the modified agendas at the August 12th Committee of the Whole meeting. TELEVISING COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETINGS The consensus of the Committee was to have a `dry run" of the televised Committee of the Whole meeting on August 26th in order to allow Channel 6 to make necessary modifications before airing the September 9th Committee of the Whole meeting. PERRIE GROVE DRAINAGE The consensus of the Committee was to support the recommendation of the Capital Improvements Committee to enhance the drainage structure at Perrie Grove through the installation of vertical grates over the pipe openings. S,ATURDAY HOURS The consensus of the Committee was to defer discussion of Saturday hours to the August 12th Committee of the Whole meeting. ELK GROVE EXCHANGE The consensus of the Committee was to have the Village Board appear on Elk Grove Exchange on the third Thursday of every month beginning in October. HAMPTON INN PUBLIC HEARING The consensus of the Committee was to hold a public hearing on the special use permit of Hampton Inn on September 16, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. The Village Attorney will work with the Village Clerk to prepare the necessary notifications.
