SHINNYO-EN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the language
for the Sninnyo-En annexation agreement including the following:
• approval of the special use permit to allow a church
in the R-3 Residential district;
• waiver of the 10$ land donation requirement; and
• waiver of additional Village fees for utility
connection, engineering and inspection fees.
In addition, the consensus of the Committee was to require
that the entire property conform to the Village's weed ordinance.
VILLAGER NEWSLETTER ARTICLES
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the September
1998 Elk Grove Villager newsletter articles subject to minor
changes as requested by the Village Board.
FLU CLINIC COST INCREASE
The consensus of the Committee was to increase the price of
flu shots from $3. 00 to $5. 00 as recommended by the Board of
Health.
10TK ANNIVERSARY OF RECYCLING
The consensus of the Committee was to plan events for the
10`h anniversary of recycling in Elk Grove Village as recommended
by the Recycling Committee.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Trustee Czarnik moved, and Trustee Petri seconded a motion,
to enter into Executive Session to discuss matters of personnel
and litigation. Upon voting, the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m. and entered into Executive
Session.
