EXECUTIVE SESSION
Trustee Czarnik moved, and Trustee Lissner seconded a motion
to enter into Executive Session for purposes of discussing
personnel, litigation and land acquisition. Upon voting, the
motion was unanimously approved. The meeting adjourned and
entered into Executive Session at 6:05 p.m. Upon conclusion of
the Executive Session, the Committee of the whole meeting
reconvened in the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE DIRECTORY
The consensus of the Village Board was to authorize the
publication of the Property Maintenance Directory prepared by
Community Services without a list of contractors. The directory
will be printed in pamphlet form and distributed in the spring of
1999.
GULLO OUTLOT #2
The consensus of the Village Board was to approve the site
plan for Outlot #2 of the Gullo shopping center on Biesterfield
Road, subject to the installation of additional landscaping and
larger trees and the use of brick in tones compatible with the
current outlot buildings.
CUCINA ROMA
The consensus of the Village Board was to permit Cucina Roma
to modify the exterior structure of Retail Building B of the Town
Center as follows:
East Tower _
1 . To enclose the lower opening of the tower with wood
framed glass doors and sidelites; and
2. To enclose the side lower windows of the tower with solid
panes of glass with wood frames.
South Side
1 . To install a permanent roof with slate tile over the
designated dining area; and
2. To install operable wood framed windows under outer edge
of the permanent roof to permit year round dining (no
change to brick pavers) .
- West Tower
1 . To enclose lower opening of tower with wood frames and
glass windows for use of a private dining room; and
2. To enclose side lower windows of the tower with solid
panes of glass with wood frames.
West Side
1 . To install operable wood framed windows with single door
to permit year round dining (no change to brick pavers) .
In addition, it was the consensus of the Village Board to
continue discussion of Cucina Roma's sign and awning requests in
Committee of the Whole following the November 17, 1998 Village
Board meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
