AMERITECH ANTENNA REQUEST
It was the consensus of the Committee to have Ameritech
prepare a revised rendering of their proposal showing two
sets of antennas bracketed onto the pipe mounted painter's
rings located on the water tower, prior to proceeding with
the negotiation/public hearing process.
BBO GRILL ORDINANCE
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
-- to remove the restrictions placed on BBQ grill
usage above the first floor of any structure;
- - to remove the requirement that all recreational
fires be "constantly" attended;
-- to remove the requirement that all fires be
located at least "three feet" from combustible
material and changed to "as far away as possible";
-- to have the revised ordinance placed on the
consent agenda of the 2/13/96 Village Board
meeting.
BIESTERFIELD ROAD REVISED SIGNAGE REGULATIONS
The consensus of the Committee was to refer this item
to the JPZ Committee for discussion and recommendation.
BUILDING PERMIT INFO KA TON PACKFTS
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the
information packets for distribution as submitted.
PACE PARK AND RIDE LOT
The consensus of the Committee was to delay endorsement
of the PACE Park and Ride lot in Northwest Point until they
have had an opportunity to review the conceptual site plans.
The meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
