SOLTn WASTE FRANCHISING OF THE INDUSTRIAL PARK
The consensus of the Committee was to have staff work
with the Village Attorney to address issues surrounding the solid
waste franchising of the industrial park.
CONTINENTAL• CABLE VISION PROPOSAL
The consensus of the Committee was to have Village Board
members review the executive summary of the proposal submitted by
Continental Cable and provide individual comments to Trustee
Petri.
REVIEW OF TELEPHONE SYSTEM
The consensus of the committee was to have the Informations
Systems Committee review the information on the new telephone
system and provide a recommendation to the Village Board. A
meeting for this proposal is scheduled for April 2, at 7:00 p.m.
ENGIMERING 7NA YST .M
The consensus of the Committee was to have the Capital
Improvements Committee review the result of the Engineering
Department's cost study on the private property owner drainage
improvement program and provide a recommendation to the Village
Board.
40TH ANNIVERSARY COMMITTEE
The consensus of the committee was as follows:
• to approve the purchase of 1, 000 decorative 40th
Anniversary ornaments; and
• to approve the purchase of 40th Anniversary water bottles
for the Library's summer reading program.
ILLEGAL SIGN STICKERS
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the purchase
of "illegal sign" stickers to be placed on illegally posted signs
throughout the Village.
The meeting adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
