The consensus of the Committee was to defer discussion
on this issue until after Village Staff meets with School
District 54 staff to discuss traffic patterns/safety issues.
FOOD DELIVERY TRUCK INSPECTIONS
The consensus of the Committee was to concur with the
Health Services Coordinator's recommendation to amend the
Village ' s inspectional policy by inspecting food delivery
trucks in the Village on a complaint basis, or when
inspectors find them in the field.
TATTOO PARLOR REQUEST
The consensus of the Committee was to defer this issue
to the Board of Health for review and recommendation. All
applications for tattoo parlors will be held pending Village
Board authorization.
NORTHWEST MU1VTrTPAL CONEERENCEBANQUET
President Gallitano noted the banquet will be held on
May 3 .
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Trustee Rettberg moved and Trustee Petri seconded the
motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss
litigation. Upon voting (all ayes) , the meeting entered
Executive Session at 7:20 p.m.
