INTERPRETATION OF CONSTRUCTION ON MR. BO'S PROPERTY
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
• That the provision regarding approval of new construction
pertains to any alteration that would increase the

considered new construction.
• to send a letter to Mr. Bo's defining the term
construction in the Village's agreement to mean anything
which increases the intensity of the use on site; and
• to send a letter to Cook County stating no objection to
the placement of trailers on the site.
