EXECUTIVE SESSION
Trustee Johnson moved and Trustee Lissner seconded a motion
to enter into Executive Session to discuss matters of litigation.
Upon voting (all AYES) , Motion Carried. The meeting entered into
Executive Session at 7:05 p.m. and reconvened at 7:50 p.m.
PAYMENT FOR AMERITECH TELEPHONE RVI
The consensus of the Committee was to approve a one-time
lump sum payment in the amount of $205, 390 to Ameritech for
Village telephone services provided through a five-year contract
with Ameritech. This item also appears under the consent agenda
at the August 13, 1996 Village Board meeting.

The consensus of the Committee was to approve the provision
of one fire truck and four police officers to support W.A.C.O. 'S
December 7th Christmas Shopping Tour at the Elk Grove village
Wal-Mart store on Meacham Road.
