GROVE MALL TAX INCREMENT FTNANCTNG REPORT
Jack Pettigrew provided the Village Board with a report
detailing the history, use and process of tax increment financing
(TIF) in Illinois. Upon discussion, it was the consensus of the
Committee to have the Village Manager provide a written timeline
for the TIF process in relation to the redevelopment process to
the Village Board.

Tom Rivera gave a presentation on the activities of the
Greater Woodfield Visitor & Convention Bureau. Upon discussion,
it was the consensus of the Committee to table a vote on this
issue until the September 24, 1996 Village Board meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
