ELK GROVE FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND
A meeting of the Firemen's Pension Fund was held on Monday, May 5, 1992 in
the Fire Dept. Administrative Offices, 901 Brantwood Avenue. The meeting
was called to order by President Harvey R. Speiden at 7:15 P.M.
ROLL CALL
On Roll Call the following members were present: Harvey R. Speiden, Patricia
S. Smith, Hilda H. Ingebrigtsen, James D. MacArthur, Jerry L. Norris, Patrick
L. Beck, and Joseph Gardner III. Absent was Charles J. Zettek and George P.
Knickerbocker.
MINUTES
Minutes from the February 3, 1992 meeting were read aloud by the Secretary.
Motion by J. MacArthur, seconded by P. Beck to accept the Minutes as read.
Motion passed unanimously.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Treasurer H. Ingebrigtsen submitted a Balance Sheet, Schedule of Investments,
and a Disbursement Register of the Firemen's Pension Fund as of March 31, 1992.
She reviewed all three with the Board members and explained their contents. A
question by H. Speiden what interest was being earned on the IPTIP account. The
Treasurer explained it fluctuated daily. Motion by J. Norris, seconded by J.
MacArthur to accept the Treasurer's Report, certify the Disbursement Register,
and place them and the Schedule of Investments on file with the Minutes. Motion
passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Canvas of Ballots from the April 20, 1992 election was taken:

The Secretary distributed copies of the MINUTES from February 24, 1988 and
August 13, 1990 meetings. He explained the additions made their on. These were
made at the direction of the Ill. Dept. of Insurance because of ommissions
made at the time of their writing. Motion by P. Beck, seconded by J. MacArthur
to authorize the additions to the February 24, 1988 Minutes. Motion by P. Becd`k
seconded by H. Ingebrigtsen to authorize the additions to the August 13, 1990
Minutes. Both motions passed unanimously. Secretary asked for authorization to
add John G. Trawinski withdrawal from the Pension Fund to the May 6, 1991
Minutes. Motion by J. Norris, seconded by H. Ingebrigtsen to authorize the
addition to the May 6, 1991 Minutes. Motion passed unanimously.

APPLICATION FOR BENEFITS
(Secretary reported he had received a APPLICATION FOR PENSION from Pension Fund
member Howard W. Stroker. Secretary reported all necessary documentation was
on file. Motion by P. Beck, seconded by J. Norris to accept H. Stroker's
APPLICATION FOR PENSION. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by P. Beck, seconded by H. Ingebrigtsen to nominate:
JOSEPH, GARDNER III SECRETARY
Both motions passed unanimously. The Secretary was instructed to cast one
unanimous ballot for the above offices. Therefore the above officers are
declared elected.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by J. Norris, seconded by P. Beck to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 7:53 P.M.
