AMERICAN HOUSING RT -R .N OR DEVELOPMENT
The consensus of the Committee was to contact American
Housing Partners and indicate to them that the Village would
consider a senior housing development on Meacham Road, subject to
resolution of the following issues through the annexation and
public hearing process.
• number of parking spaces;
• 10t land donation requirement, and
• the minimization of the 4-story height request as much as
possible.
GROVE MALL REDEVELOPMENT RFP
The consensus of the Committee was to have the redevelopment
RFP sent out to interested developers and published in the paper
on Monday, September 30. In addition, copies of the RFP are to
be sent to the Plan Commission, Elk Grove Village Park District,
and the Library Board for information purposes.
TOBACCO USAGE BY TEENS
The consensus of the Committee was to have this issue
referred to the JPZ Committee and Board of Health on a joint
basis. The JPZ Committee will have preliminary discussion at
their October 1, 1996 meeting.
