Engelbrecht, Chief of Police Reporters: Kelly Womer, CHICAGO TRIBUNE ANTENNA SITING POLICY Upon discussion, the consensus of the Committee was to approve the antenna siting policy with the amendments recommended by the Plan Commission subject to the following change: • requirement that all future known antenna plans for the next flee—years within corporate limits be submitted at the time of application. Staff will be preparing a red-line copy of the policy as recommended by the Village Board for review prior to the policy's adoption at the November 12, 1996 Village Board meeting. ALUMINUM RECYCLING CENTERS The consensus of the Committee was to have staff contact Reynolds Recycling and direct them to locate their aluminum recycling center somewhere in the I-1 or I-2 industrial zoned districts. ELK GROVE CINEMA The consensus of the Committee was to concur with the Village Manager's recommendation to have the Elk Grove Cinema assume all common area maintenance of their facility effective January 1, 1997. LANDMEIER PUBLIC WORKS CURB CUT The consensus of the Committee was to approve the curb cut for a new eastern driveway at 666 Landmeier as recommended by the Director of Public Works.
