The consensus of the Committee was to defer discussion on
this item to a later date.

LEXINGTON HOMES - HUNTINGTON CHASE LAND DONATION
The consensus of the Committee was to conduct a public
hearing on February 14, 1995 to amend the Lexington Homes
Annexation Agreement to provide for the following:
-- A reduction in the amount of land required for
donation from 7 acres to 4.23 acres; and
-- The installation of an 8-foot sidewalk along Rohlwing
Road; and

-- A $15,000 to $18,000 cash donation upon execution of the
agreement with said cash to be used specifically for the
construction of a tot lot .
PLAN COMMISSION VACANCY
The consensus of the Committee was to concur with the Village
President 's appointment of Chris Prochno to the Plan Commission.
REPLACEMENT OF FIRE ADMINISTRATION PARKING LOT LIGHTS
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the
installation of the lights as recommended. This item will appear
as New Business at the January 10 Village Board Meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
