SUMMER WORK SCHEDULES
The consensus of the Committee was to continue the flexible
summer work schedule in 1995.
SMOKING PROHIBITION
The consensus of the Committee was to adopt a smoking policy
as follows:
-- have the exhaust system in the employee lunch room
upgraded to pull all air out of the building;
-- to allow employees to smoke in the
lunchroom/patio, Fire Administration smoking
lounge, Police Department firing range, and
municipal garages; and
-- to prohibit outside groups from smoking on the
Municipal Complex premises;
In addition, a resolution will be prepared to revise the
smoking policy as stated above. This issue will be revisited on
November I , 1995 .

AMENDMENT TO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ORDINANCE
The consensus of the Committee was to have the Village
Attorney draft an ordinance updating the current Hazardous
Materials Ordinance and have it placed on the March 28, 1995
Village Board Agenda.
40TH ANNIVERSARY SEED MONEY
The consensus of the Committee was to have the 40th
Anniversary Committee work with staff to develop projected
expenditures and revenues of the 40th Anniversary celebration
over the next two fiscal years.
