GULLO REZONING VARIATION AND SITE PLAN
George Gullo presented the site plan for the vacant property
across from village Hall, including architectural renderings of
the proposed buildings. Upon discussion the consensus of the
Committee was as follows:
-- to approve the site plan and zoning variation;
-- to require rooftop HVAC soundproofing on the buildings;
-- to table discussion on rezoning the property until the
May 23, 1995 Committee of the Whole meeting at which
Taco Bell will provide additional information on color
schemes, signage, and architectural design; and
-- to have the petitioner supply a sample of painted
split-face block similar to what will be used on their
proposed buildings for viewing by the village Board.

ELECTRO PAINTERS' REQUEST FOR PUBLIC HEARING
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
-- to hold a public hearing on June I3, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. ;
and
-- to have the Village Attorney prepare a report for the
Village Board detailing the legal issues of Electro
Painters ' request.
PARADE ROUTE
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the parade
route as recommended by the Parade Committee.
PEER JURY PROGRAM
The consensus of the Committee was to table discussion on
this item until all members of the Village Board have had an
opportunity to view the Peer Jury video tape.
The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
