REVISED PARADE ROUTE
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the revised
parade route to include Victoria Lane as recommended by the
Parade Committee.
VARIATION REQUEST -- 88 KENDAL ROAD
The consensus of the Committee was to defer this item to the
JPZ Committee for discussion on how to address code violations
and zoning variations as they pertain to the following issues:
-- residents who complete work and then approach the
Village Board for approval;
-- residents who request a variation but do work before it
is granted;
-- driveway width where private property meets the apron;
-- penalty structures for residents who complete work
without a permit .

VARIATION REQUEST - 285 WALTER
The consensus of the Committee was to approve this item under
the Unfinished Business of the Village Board at the 6127195
Village Board meeting.
PEER JURY
The consensus of the Committee was to defer discussion on
this item to a date when all Village Board members were present .
BICYCLE CROSSING SIGNAGE AT COSMAN AND CHELMSFORD
The consensus of the Committee was to have cautionary signage
posted on Cosman where it intersects with the Busse Woods Bicycle
Path in order to alert motorists to bicycles in the area which
are exiting the Forest Preserve.
The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
