YOUTH IN GOVERNMENT MONTH
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the changes in
the 1995 Youth-In Government Program as recommended by the
Assistant Village Manager.
UNDERGROUNDING OF ELECTRIC CABLE
The consensus of the Committee was to have Staff contact
Commonwealth Edison in order to determine whether Commonwealth
Edison would fund any portion of the electrical undergrounding
for the area between Cosman Road and Beisner Road. This
information will be used in determining whether or not to proceed
with the project.
VICTORIA BANQUETS
The consensus of the Committee was to have the Village
Attorney work with the Director of Engineering & Community
Development to develop recommendations on the requested text
amendment for the victoria Banquets facility at Northwest Point .

RESIDENTIAL NEWSLETTER
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the mailing of
the residential newsletter subject to the following changes:
-- clarification of "funding" in the bicycle path article;
-- shading of the "Building Permit" article; and
-- inclusion of the Administrative Assistant 's name and
phone number in the 40th anniversary logo
contest article.
CHRISTA COURT TRAFFIC
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the changes in
parking restrictions on Christa Court as recommended by the
Police Department .
USE OF WATER TOWER FOR NWCD ANTENNA
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the
installation of a radio antenna on the railing of the water tower
for use in the Northwest Central Dispatch communication system.
MEETING SCHEDULE
The consensus of the Committee was to reschedule the August
10, 1995 Executive Session for Monday, September 11 , 1995 at
6 p.m. The September 11 , 1995 Committee of the Whole will be
rescheduled for September 18 at 6 p.m.
MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY PROJECT
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this item at
the next Committee of the Whole meeting.
